I had one of my funniest moments in my classroom in a while yesterday while playing memory.
Student: "oh, this answer is in my coochie catcher."
Me: "wait, what...?!"
Student: "don't worry Miss, I have my coochie catcher in my notebook."
Me: "its a cootie catcher sweetie."
Student: "yeah, a coochie catcher."
Me: "No (student), a COOTIE CATCHER. Try again."
Student: "my bill of rights coochie catcher... I know what it is."
Me: "You know what (student), lets just call it a fortune teller instead. I think thats a better name for it."
Student: "okay Ms Dunne, if you say sooo..."
Me: "I do!"
