Buddhism and Hinduism
6th grade World History
Directions:
Put students in groups of four and have students write each
word on a sticky note. Students create categories based on the list of word and
group each word into a category. Make sure that students can provide a rational
regarding their choice of categories and defend why you placed the words in
those specific categories. Students can create as many categories as they like
as long as they can justify it. This is a great activity to close a lesson or
chapter to see how well students know the vocabulary/concepts.
