Evaluate

Examine and judge carefully.

Generalize

A conclusion, drawn from specific information, that is used to make a broad statement about a topic or person.

Imagine

(v.) to form a mental image of (something not actually present to the senses).

Speculate

To form opinions without definite knowledge or evidence

Predict

Give an expected result of an upcoming action or event.

Judge

Assessment of decision-making abilities Ex: what would you did if you were in a movie theater and a fire broke out?

Hypothesize

To reach a conclusion based on an assumption or something not proven

Forecast

a prediction about how something (as the weather) will develop

Compare

A type of thinking. To examine the similarities and/or differences.

Contrast

All the ways they are different

Classify

arrange or order by classes or categories

Sort

Arrange the rows in a table or list of data in a new order according to the entries in one or more columns.

Distinguish

Make clear the differences between two or more concepts or items.

Explain (Why?)

Give a detailed account of causes, reasons or mechanisms.

Infer

A conclusion one can draw from the presented details or experience

Analyze

Examine methodically and in detail the constitution or structure of (something, esp. information), typically for purposes of explanation and interpretation.

Complete
