ATND TODAY IN HISTORY STATIONS: Station 1: "The Story of Gilgamesh" in the text book 79-81 - Timeline the story out Stattion 2: Make a grocery list & sort it out -Step one: make a grocery list as if you stepped into acient neolithic times - Step two: now make another grpcery list based on the one before and the map on page 85 based on the "aisles" in the grocery store.... these "aisles" are the different areas throughout the world where this food was found Ex: Aisle South Africa: I need.... Station 3: computers out back You read about the Catalhoyuk site on page 87 last class. Now I want you to look at http://www.catalhoyuk.com/ and find some interesting facts. Take out a piece of paper and pen to write down the cool things you fins about this facinating neolithic site. Station 4: Interactive Lady Liberty. Take a moment to reflect on what we talked about last class on 9/11. Take a break from the Neolithic sociaty to look at the memories that those have shared of the tragedy of September 11th, 2001. Station Five: Mesopotamia On a piece of paper organize the different Mesopotamian facts. Take turns reading them out loud. :D
